Spares are available to club members. Non-members can join the club by inserting ‘999’ as their membership number on the online quote form, and the membership fee will be added.
UK delivery is £5 per order, or £15 for panels longer than 1.5m (mainly sills and valances). Delivery costs to UK highlands & islands including the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may be higher. Carriage on overseas orders will be quoted individually.
Items are normally despatched within 7 days if in stock. Deliveries times to overseas countries will depend on local customs clearance procedures. Made to order items are normally shipped in 3 – 4 weeks.
All prices shown are inclusive of 20% UK VAT. From 1 January 2021 EU customers and other overseas customers are charged prices exclusive of VAT. The customer is responsible for any import taxes and duties. Please note in some countries the import administration costs charged by your local customs may be a fixed amount. We recommend therefore trying to purchase items all in one order wherever possible.
You can browse products by category and add them to a ‘quote cart’ to request a quote. Click here. On each category page the view layout can be changed to give faster ordering or more product detail.
Alternatively you can email orders & enquiries (quoting registered email address or membership number) to: firstname.lastname@example.org. An invoice will be emailed back to you which can be paid by PayPal, credit or debit card, bank transfer or cheque. If you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order please make payable to CCRF and send to the Treasurer’s address in the latest club magazine (quoting membership number).
Parts can be returned within 14 days and a credit note or refund will be issued. A 10% handling charge may be deducted unless the parts are faulty or a replacement is required.
Some items are priced with an exchange deposit. This means we charge you a deposit which is refundable when you return your old units for remanufacture. Returns postage is at the customer’s cost. If you have purchased items on an exchange basis but have not returned the old units we’d be grateful if you would do so. You’ll get your deposit back and we’ll have more for refurbishment.

Notes for EU members:
In order to minimise delays and costs we have looked at ways to improve our delivery options to EU countries and we recommend the following which take account of EU law:
- If your order is below £135 (approx EUR 150) we are now able to ship with duties and taxes paid. This means we will add your local VAT charge and admin fees to your invoice, and the order should go through your local customs much faster without additional cost to you. If you wish to utilise this option you can select it on our online quote form.
- If your order is above £135, we will ship with Parcelforce who provide a faster service than Royal mail. However, you will have to pay local VAT and customs charges on arrival.
We recommend where possible that you order well in advance. We also suggest ordering all the items you need in one order so that the customs admin charges are a lower percentage of the total.
